We are thinking about having one in the Spring of 2021 but of course that all depends on if the world is still spinning out of control. Jacob and I both encourage anyone who has participated and purchased a bowl in years past that you donate directly to local charities that help feed folks. We have donated to Meals on Wheels and the Bluffton Community Kitchen in the past and plan to in the future. You could donate to either of these organizations or pick one closer to your heart. We thank all of you who have come by the shop for bowls and soup and community spirit in the past and we hope to see you next year.

<![CDATA[repetition]]>Fri, 17 Nov 2017 08:00:00 GMThttp://jacobprestonpottery.com/words/repetitionrepetition: the act of repeating, or doing, saying or writing something again; repeated action, performance, production or presentation.

One way for me to truly appreciate someone's work, in this case Jacob's is to look at a body of work. I hope you enjoy this too.

Thank you to Scott Kinsey, friend, another bearded old guy, and musician for loaning me the music, "Al and Becky".

We did however sell out of our bowls in an hour and a half. That was a bit of a surprise and if we do another Empty Bowls next year we will hopefully get our potter friends to make a few extra bowls. Thank you to Tim Hoslinger, what a star, and his good friend Kelly Homan. We also want to thank Shere Colborn for showing up to buy a bowl and staying to help out.
